• Batching: SplitInBatches (50) processes items in controlled chunks to avoid API throttling.

• Permissioning: Google Drive share flips each file to anyone / reader with supportsAllDrives enabled.

• Direct links: A Code node builds clean download URLs for each file, returning { name, link }.

• Result assembly: A Merge (multiplex) joins permission results with generated links, ready for storage or distribution; a placeholder node indicates where to push outputs (e.g., Sheets, Airtable, email).

• Operator guidance: An in-workflow sticky note shows an example output and reminds you that results can be stored anywhere.
